Dubai Millionaire Night — A Tourism, Sustainability & Investor-Confidence Programme — Request for Guidance, Partnership Introductions, and Cooperation

Dear Director General,

I write to you with great respect and enthusiasm to introduce Dubai Millionaire Night — a merit-based, multi-pillar programme designed to simultaneously advance Dubai's tourism pipeline, support the UAE's Net Zero 2050 sustainability commitments, and generate authentic, winner-produced content that reinforces global investor confidence in Dubai as a safe, stable, and welcoming destination.

This letter seeks DET's guidance, sign-off, and cooperation in bringing this programme to life — and we believe it represents a uniquely compelling opportunity for the Department to achieve measurable outcomes across three of its most strategic priorities at once.

1. Programme Overview

Dubai Millionaire Night is built on three equal pillars: Tourism, Sustainability, and Investor Confidence. Participants earn verified points across all three pillars through qualifying actions — from referring verified hotel stays and booking partner experiences, to making carbon-reduction pledges aligned with the GLEC Framework, to creating authentic content that showcases Dubai and the UAE as safe, stable, and liveable.

The winner — selected on merit, not chance, based on the highest cumulative verified points — receives one extraordinary night lived as a millionaire: a five-star hotel suite, a Rolls-Royce as personal transport, and curated dining at Dubai's finest establishments.

2. Why We Are Approaching DET

Dubai Millionaire Night is designed to complement and amplify DET's existing initiatives. Unlike purely resident-referral programmes, our model ties entry to verified sustainability actions — built on the GLEC Framework-aligned methodology already deployed in GreenHaul and GreenMiles logistics platforms — and to authentic winner-generated content, positioning Dubai simultaneously as a green leader, a premier destination, and a credible, secure place to visit, live, and invest.

We believe this programme is a natural extension of DET's public-private partnership vision, and we are committed to operating entirely within the regulatory and promotional framework that DET deems appropriate.

3. Specific Requests for DET's Consideration

01
Guidance and Sign-Off

We respectfully request DET's guidance on the promotional and competition structure of the programme, including any licensing requirements, regulatory approvals, or compliance conditions that must be satisfied prior to launch. We are fully committed to operating within the framework DET prescribes.

02
Partner Introductions

We seek introductions to potential hospitality and attraction partners — including five-star hotels, waterparks, and curated experience providers — through DET's established partner network. These introductions are essential to securing the prize components that make the programme credible and aspirational.

03
Public-Private Partnership Channels

We request consideration for inclusion in DET's public-private partnership and City Briefing channels, which would provide the programme with the institutional visibility and credibility required to attract global participants and sponsors.

04
Alignment with Investor-Outreach Initiatives

We seek alignment with DET's existing investor-outreach initiatives, so that the authentic content generated by programme winners can be channelled through DET's established distribution networks to maximise its impact on global investor confidence.

4. What Dubai Millionaire Night Offers DET

We bring to this partnership a fully operational platform — including a points ledger, verification infrastructure, and certificate issuance system — at zero build cost to DET. The programme is designed to generate measurable tourism bookings, verifiable sustainability actions, and authentic investor-confidence content, all of which can be reported against DET's existing KPIs.

Winners become long-term ambassadors for Dubai, continuing to promote the city through their personal networks and content channels long after the programme concludes. Every element of the programme is designed to reflect positively on Dubai's global reputation.

5. Next Steps

We would welcome the opportunity to present the full programme proposal to DET at your earliest convenience. We are available for a formal briefing, a working session, or any format that best suits the Department's schedule and preferences.

We are deeply committed to Dubai's vision and to working within the framework that DET and the relevant regulatory authorities prescribe. This programme exists to serve Dubai — and we are honoured to seek your guidance in making it a reality.

We thank you sincerely for your time and consideration, and we look forward to the possibility of working together in service of Dubai's extraordinary ambitions.

Yours faithfully,

Dubai Millionaire Night Programme
